Donna Harris is the Public Information Representative (PIR) for the US Postal Inspection Service in New York. Donna has been in her current position for over eight years, and has worked at the United States Postal Service and its law enforcement agencies for over 33 years. Donna managed the Fraud Complaint Unit and the team instrumental in implementing such projects as “Know Fraud” and the redesign of customer contact as it relates to Fraud. In 2011, Donna moved back to “city that never sleeps” to her current position, where she hosts Behind the Badge…Ripped from the case files of Postal Inspectors, focusing on consumer fraud case history. Donna has a life-long passion to protect consumers, especially those who are vulnerable and unable or unwilling to have a voice of their own. “My goal is to ensure we get reach every consumer with our message.”
